We’re Arielle and Zoe, real estate advisors deeply rooted in the Eastside communities we live in and serve. As founding members of the newly launched First on Main Woodinville office, we bring a shared commitment to thoughtful representation, strategic guidance, and long-term relationships across the greater Seattle Eastside. Our work is centered in Issaquah, Sammamish Plateau, Snoqualmie, and Woodinville, while also serving clients throughout the broader Seattle region, including Bellevue and Kirkland. These are the neighborhoods we know best and care about most, places where our families live, grow, and stay connected.

Arielle’s background in luxury residential transactions and high-level listing operations pairs seamlessly with Zoe’s experience in institutional real estate, investment strategy, and large-scale property management.
